Vegan for Health
The most obvious benefit of a vegan diet is to the animals. There is also abundant evidence that we can protect our personal health and the health of our planet by leaving animal products off our plates.
Since 2019, the Fund has been a sponsor of the The Exam Room™ podcast of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) -- helping to spread the latest news about vegan nutrition on the PCRM website; on iTunes and Spotify; and also via Facebook Live and Youtube. The podcast has recorded over 500 episodes, downloaded some 20 million times in 150+ countries -- while companion videos have been viewed over 100 million times.
The Exam Room has also begun hosting live in-person events with leading experts on nutrition in medicine -- each event attended by hundreds. Video recordings of these events can be found on Youtube.
